Dearborn Heights, Dearborn Reciprocal Agreement
Dearborn Heights residents can now make use of the City of Dearborn’s libraries, and vice versa. A “reciprocal borrowing agreement” will give Dearborn Heights resident’s access to the Henry Ford Centennial Library, as well as the Bryant and Esper branch libraries and Dearborn residents will be able to use the John F. Kennedy and Caroline Kennedy libraries in Dearborn Heights. The agreement will go into effect on March 1, 2011 and is considered a pilot project. At the end of one year, a decision will be made whether to continue the agreement.
The reciprocal exchange applies to residents, property owners, or taxpayers in the City of Dearborn Heights or the City of Dearborn.
